To Stay Healthy You Should do the following:

  1. Use your mask -- exercise preventive measures recommended across the world!

  2. Always wash your hands with soap and water.

  3. Frequently touched areas should be cleaned and disinfected daily.

  4. Always sanitize by using detergent or soap, and warm water.

  5. Unwashed hands should never touch your eyes, nose, nor mouth.

  6. Should you need to sneeze, cover your mouth with a tissue, or sneeze in your elbow.

  7. Distance yourself, stay at least six (6) feet behind the person on any side of you.

  8. Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

  9. Should you begin showing signs such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, loss of appetite, loss of smell, and body ache (common symptoms of COVID-19) self-quarantine.

  10. If you are 65 or over and have health conditions, stay home.

  11.  In other cases, you could experience more severe systems, such as severe coughing, high fever, shortness of breath which could lead to pneumonia.

  12. Mild symptoms may happen for about a week, it can intensive rapidly. Let your doctor know if you feel your symptoms swiftly worsen and over a short period of time. Contact your physician immediately.
